About the Firm
J. Buckley & Associates, Inc. is a full service design/build firm serving people in the Northern Virginia and Montgomery County region since 1989. The majority of our design work is done in the residential market. During the Design Process we use a group design philosophy in order to create an energetic plan which hopefully exceeds the client’s expectations. Our clients enjoy a close working relationship with our designers throughout the design and build process. This approach provides each individual client with the desired end result of turning their wants into a finished project.
About the President
The president, Joseph R. Buckley, is a Registered Landscape Architect in the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as, a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects. He has been working in Virginia and Maryland for over 35 years. After receiving a degree in Ornamental Horticulture from SUNY at Farmingdale University in 1976, Mr. Buckley received a degree in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University in 1980. Mr. Buckley has designed over 1500 homes throughout his career and understands what clients are looking for in a creative design, as well as, how it all comes together as a final construction project.
